Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering management or related engineering;
2. Experience in owner, real estate, or architectural design;
3. Familiar with general control planning, approval, design, cost, procurement, and other related businesses;
4. A national registration certificate is preferred.

Qualification:

1. Have the national registered practice certificate, engineer or above;
2. Have the performance of large-scale public construction projects such as housing, hospitals, schools, and venues or large-scale municipal public projects;
3. With Luban award, provincial award project performance priority engineer (housing construction engineering), senior engineer, no project under construction, project winners are preferred;
