Training Platform

Wuzhou Training Platform, formerly Wuzhou Management College, was established in 2011 as a vital deployment of Wuzhou's talent cultivation strategy. It is committed to enhancing organizational capabilities for Wuzhou's thousands of cities, promoting the implementation of strategy, focusing on the construction of "leadership, general knowledge, professional competence, and cultural competence," and jointly building a government-enterprise-school think tank ecosystem to create a first-class corporate culture brand in the construction industry.

Wuzhou Training Platform adheres to the vision of "better architecture, better talent" and builds a perfect hierarchical and classified talent training system. Wuzhou Group is divided into three training system levels: leadership, talent echelon construction, strategic projects, professional system, new employee training, general skills, etc. Each training plan brings a better learning experience to talents through multi-dimensional teaching methods such as online and offline hybrid, experiential, practical, and double tutorial systems.

Wuzhou Youth Development League (Abbreviation: YDL).

Wuzhou Youth Development League is a mass organization composed of outstanding young Zhejiang Wuzhou Engineering Project Management Co., LTD employees. It is the organizational organization for the enterprise to implement the talent development strategy and the talent training plan. It also embodies the enterprise culture, talent concept, and sustainable competitiveness of Wuzhou Management. They work independently under the enterprise's leadership and the enterprise's party organization.

Wuzhou Youth Development League takes "want to do well, do not want to confuse" and "create value, satisfactory service" as the guidance of the enterprise's core values, adhering to the "learn from teachers, careful thinking and practice" traditional academic philosophy, to practice, implement, carry forward the enterprise culture and talent concept as the theme, to find, cultivate, transport enterprise reserve talents as the responsibility, service enterprise production and operation, to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.

Since its establishment in 2011, the Youth Development League has effectively implemented the enterprise talent training plan and has absorbed more than 200 students. It has cultivated a group of professional and compound talents with solid professionalism and a high sense of responsibility, understanding, and learning ability and adapted to the company's various businesses. Among the students, 10 current management personnel and 20 project leaders have played a positive role in promoting the development of the enterprise.
