After completion, the project will become a new landmark of Qianjiang New Town and a critical financial industry project in Zhejiang Province.

Project Overview: The total construction area is about 510,000 square meters, and the total investment is about 4.6 billion yuan. The project focuses on three directions: frontier research, technology research and development, and achievement transformation, to build a full-chain, open, and international innovation system.
Functional orientation: Providing sufficient employment positions and high-level medical and educational services for relocated residents, ensuring the construction of the Qibu area and surrounding areas.
Project Overview: The total construction area is about 800,000 square meters, and the total investment is about 3 billion yuan. The large size and scale of the project fully demonstrate the characteristics of “tall, difficult and new” and highlight the historical status of Xiongan New Area as a “millennium project and national event.”
Functional orientation: A commercial complex with significant functions such as retail, catering and entertainment, office, and hotel.
Project Overview: The total construction area is about 260,000 square meters, and the total investment is about 6 billion yuan. It is the core landmark project of Hangzhou’s main urban area, jointly built by Hangzhou Metro and Greentown Group, and it is also the deepest six-story basement in Zhejiang province.
